My interest in different styles of music changes with time. It jumps from hip-hop to soul to punk to indie-surf, but it has now landed on a new genre. That being summery surf-pop. Un Jour by Les Hou-Lops is a perfect example of the style. Although most songs are in English, some are in French or Spanish.

There is something about this song that works. The slow instruments combined with French lyrics are the perfect mix. It is a perfect little song that makes me long for a holiday in the French countryside.
